Contribute to Individual Grosse Ile 2020 Candidates Team Members

Although the members of the Grosse Ile 2020 Candidates Team are running together to support the Grosse Ile 2020 Campaign Platform because of their shared positive values and optimistic vision for change on the Township Board, each candidate is independently raising money for his campaign.

It is permissible for citizens to donate up to a maximum of $1,050 to an individual campaign during the 2020 election cycle, but a donation of any amount helps tremendously. All contributions are considered as being equally generous no matter what the amount.

Because each candidate is independently accepting contributions, supporters are allowed to make a donation to all seven campaigns.

Thank you for helping us to make Grosse Ile an even better place to live!

Jim Budny ~ Supervisor

David Nadeau ~ Treasurer

Mark Lane ~ Clerk

Joe Porcarelli ~ Trustee

Mike Jurecki ~ Trustee

Mark Mills ~ Trustee

When making a contribution to a candidate, donors certify that the following statements are true and accurate:

1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.

2.  My contribution is made from my personal funds.  My contribution is not from an account maintained by a corporation or labor union, and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity.

3.  I am not a Federal government contractor.

4.  I understand that the maximum amount an individual may contribute to a single campaign is $1,050 per election cycle.

5.  Contributions are not tax deductible for Federal or State income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, Federal government contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited.

6.  I expect no official action by a candidate who is elected to benefit my personal interests apart from what is best for the community as a reward for my contribution (i.e., no quid pro quos for contributions).
